1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days. Since we work with global fulfillment partners and on-demand manufacturers, processing times may vary depending on the product type, customization requirements, and warehouse location. In some cases, items may ship separately.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method used. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

Domestic orders: 7–15 business days

International orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that unforeseen delays such as customs processing, holidays, or high-volume periods may affect delivery times.

3. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Orders can be tracked via the provided tracking link. If your order includes multiple items, you may receive multiple tracking numbers as items may ship separately.

4. Custom Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for any delays or charges incurred during customs processing.

5. Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order is locked for processing and cannot be modified. Please double-check your details before finalizing your purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only for defective or damaged items. Refunds or replacements can be requested within 7 days of delivery by contacting our support team with photo proof of the issue. Due to the made-to-order and shipped-from-supplier nature of some products, we do not accept returns for reasons like size issues or change of mind.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn’t arrived within 60 days of the shipping date, please contact us. We will investigate the issue and offer a resolution (replacement or refund) as appropriate. Delays caused by the customer providing an incorrect address are not eligible for compensation.
