As a made-to-order and curated fashion boutique, we currently do not offer returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or significantly not as described.
We kindly ask that you double-check product details, measurements, and images before placing your order, as all items are processed as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a product that is:
Defective
Damaged
Wrong size or item
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at ------ with the following:
Order number
Clear photos or video of the item & packaging
Description of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement or full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Refunds (if approved)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank.
Note: We do not offer refunds for:
Delays due to customs or shipping carriers
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect sizing if product matches the description
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is processed within 12–24 hours. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 6 hours of purchase. After this window, we cannot cancel as the item may already be in production or transit.
