1. Where do you ship from?
We work with multiple trusted partners around the world, including premium suppliers from the United States, Europe, and Asia. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from our warehouses in China, the USA, or directly from our handcrafted jewelry workshops.
2. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:
Processing time: 1-5 business days.
Shipping time: 7-20 business days (on average).
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that during high-demand seasons, shipping times may be slightly extended.
3. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use our Track Your Order page to easily monitor your package’s journey!
4. I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where’s the rest?
To get your items to you as quickly as possible, we may ship products separately if they come from different warehouses.
Don’t worry — the rest of your items are on their way!
5. What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means the world to us. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of receiving your item.
We accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Please note:
Items must be unused and in original condition.
Some personalized or custom items may not be eligible for return unless damaged.
6. What if I put the wrong shipping address?

Unfortunately, once an order is dispatched, we can’t change it.
7. Why is my tracking number not updating?
Sometimes tracking information takes 2-5 business days to appear, especially during high-volume periods.
Rest assured, your order is on its way and moving through the shipping process.
8. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards and secure online payments.
Your safety and privacy are our top priorities — all transactions are encrypted and protected.
9. Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled or changed within 12 hours after purchase.After that, we begin processing to deliver your products as quickly as possible.
